产品概述 Product Overview

NB-IoT 物联网水表采用NB-IoT 窄带蜂窝通讯技术,具备低功耗、广覆盖的技术特点,不同于传统的远程抄表水表,管理端无需自行组网,每个水表均作为一个终端独立工作,安装维护简单、工作运行可靠。可以解决水表地井、厨房、卫生间、偏远地区等恶劣环境下的通讯问题。同时,表计自带通讯模组,可以和基站直接进行数据交互,无需通过集中器。

1. 上下行采用UDP 协议,省去了不必要的信令,更适合低功耗,IP 地址和端口号可根据需要修改。

2. 水表采用低功耗NB-IoT 数据传输模块,当无数据通讯时,水表自动进入休眠状态。

3. 采用ER26500H+EPC1520 电池可实现8 年使用寿命。

4. 采用通信运营商网络,无需布设基站集中器,降低前期调试和后期维护难度。

5. 数据传输采用主动定时上报和触发上报相结合的模式,其中定时上传支持定点上传和周期上传两种模式。

6.NB-IoT 水表与物联网管控平台双向通讯。

7.NB-IoT 阀控水表,表端带有阀门,可实现远程开关阀。

8. 无需复杂的施工布线,工程量小,安装成本低。

9. 产品符合中华人民共和国GB/T778.1-5 ~ 2018《饮用冷水水表和热水水表》标准。

符合中华人民共和国JJG162-2019《饮用冷水水表规程》。

符合CJ/T224-2012《电子远传水表》的技术要求。

符合CJ/T535-2018《物联网水表》的技术要求。

10.LXSK15-65 采用旋翼式计量结构,计量精度高、抄表方便、外形美观。

11.LXLCK50-300 为可拆螺翼式水表,计数器与下层结构分离,读数保持清晰,更换计数器可在不停水情况下进行,水表维修无需从管道上拆卸水表设备。

2. The water meter adopts a low-power NB-IoT data transmission module. When there is no data communication, the water meter automatically enters a sleep state.

3.Using ER26500H+EPC1520 battery can achieve a service life of 8 years.

4. Adopting a communication operator network, there is no need to set up base station concentrators, reducing the difficulty of early debugging and later maintenance.

The NB-IoT IoT water meter adopts the latest NB-IOT narrowband cellular communication technology, which has the technical characteristics of low power consumption and wide coverage. Unlike traditional remote meter reading water meters, the management end does not need to network itself, and each water meter works independently as a terminal, with simple installation and maintenance and reliable operation. It can solve communication problems in harsh environments such as water meter wells, kitchens, bathrooms, and remote areas. At the same time, the meter comes with a communication module that can directly exchange data with the base station without the need for a concentrator, making it a mainstream product in the smart instrument industry.

5. The data transmission adopts a combination of active timed reporting and triggered reporting, with timed uploading supporting two modes: fixed-point

uploading and periodic uploading.

6. NB-IoT water meter and IoT control platform communicate bidirectionally.

7. NB-IoT valve controlled water meter, with a valve on the meter end, can achieve remote on/off valve.

8. No need for complex construction wiring, small engineering quantity, and low installation cost.

9. The product complies with the GB/T778.1-5~2018 "Drinking Cold Water Meter and Hot Water Meter" standard of the People's Republic of China.

Complies with the JJG162-2019 "Regulations for Drinking Cold Water Meter" of the People's Republic of China.

10. LXSK15-65 adopts a rotor type measuring structure, with high measurement accuracy, convenient meter reading, and beautiful appearance.

11. LXLCK50-300 is a detachable spiral wing water meter. The counter is separated from the lower structure, and the reading remains clear permanently. The counter can be replaced without stopping the water supply, and water meter maintenance does not require dismantling the water meter equipment from the pipeline.
